Billr does not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your personal data. Everything stays on your device. There is no backend, no analytics, no tracking, and no ads.
All subscription data, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using SQLite. This includes:
This data never leaves your device. There is no server, no cloud sync, and no remote database.
Billr does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
Billr uses local push notifications to remind you about upcoming subscription renewals. These are scheduled entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server.
Billr does not make any network requests. The app works fully offline.
Billr does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
You can export your subscription data as CSV or PDF at any time from Settings. Exports are generated locally and shared through your device's native share sheet.
Delete all data via "Reset All Data" in Settings, or by uninstalling the app. Since no data is stored remotely, uninstalling permanently deletes everything.
Billr does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since Billr collects no information from anyone, this is inherently satisfied.
If we change how data is handled, we will update this policy and notify users within the app before changes take effect.

Billr is a subscription tracking app that stores all data locally on your device. No internet connection is required.
Billr is free. No premium tiers, no in-app purchases, no subscription fees.
Billr is an organizational tool, not a financial advisor. Amounts and dates are based on what you enter manually.
Default prices in the service catalog are approximate and may not reflect current pricing in your region. Always verify with your service providers.
Billr is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings or OS limitations.
The developers of Billr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
You own all data you enter. Since all data is local, you are responsible for backups. Use CSV or PDF export to preserve records.
Service names and logos belong to their respective owners. Billr is not affiliated with any listed service. Visual representations are simplified approximations for identification only.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are reflected here with an updated date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
