By downloading, installing, or using Billr ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Billr is a subscription tracking application that helps you monitor and manage your recurring payments. The App stores all data locally on your device. Core features work without an internet connection. Optional features, such as Gmail Import, require internet access and authentication with third-party services.
Billr is provided free of charge. There are no premium tiers, no in-app purchases, and no subscription fees. All features are available to all users at no cost.
Billr is an organizational tool, not a financial advisor. The App does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Amounts and dates are based on what you enter manually or import from your email. Always verify with your service providers.
Billr offers optional integration with Google Gmail for subscription detection. By using this feature, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and acknowledge Google's Privacy Policy. Billr is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. You may disconnect third-party integrations at any time from Settings.
Default prices in the service catalog are approximate and may not reflect current pricing in your region. Subscriptions detected via Gmail Import are identified using pattern matching and may not be 100% accurate. Always verify imported data before relying on it.
Billr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not responsible for missed notifications due to device settings, OS limitations, or subscription detection inaccuracies.
The developers of Billr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect subscription data, or issues arising from third-party integrations.
You own all data you enter or import. Since all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backups. Use CSV or PDF export to preserve your records.
Service names and logos displayed in Billr belong to their respective owners. Billr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any listed service. Visual representations are simplified approximations for identification purposes only.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
